(NYC SHOW) Cleveland Against The World at Union Hall

  • Union Hall 702 Union Street Brooklyn, NY 11215 (map)
Ex-pats done good + people I fucks with
(CLEVELANDERS Please alert your NY friends & family that their attendance would be appreciated)

CLEVELAND AGAINST THE WORLD is a comedy show hosted by eminent latino & stand up comedian Ramon Rivas II featuring talented ex-pats from the "mistake on the lake" who'll prove beyond a doubt that the city may be championship starved in sports, but it churns out some championship caliber comedic talent. Rivas has become a fixture in both Cleveland through curating and in NYC due to his frequent trips to the big apple. Rivas was selected by Comedy Central as a Comic to Watch for this year, an impressive feat for an unsigned talent known solely for doing comedy in Cleveland. Ramon is set to bring his curatorial eye to the big apple, where friends and foes from all over the country will test the mettle of comics from America's favorite punching bag. Except this time, we punch back.

Union Hall is a 5,000 square foot bar, restaurant, and live music and comedy venue in the heart of Park Slope, Brooklyn.

Painstakingly converted from a warehouse, it offers cozy firesides, a stately library, two indoor bocce courts, outdoor garden seating, and a downstairs bar with music and comedy. New York Press says Union Hall “offers downtown style mixed with Brooklyn’s trademark down-to-earth friendliness.”
